Senior AI Architect (all genders) - BCG Platinion

As part of BCG Platinion, you shape AI-driven architectures and autonomous software delivery at enterprise scale. You lead small project teams to design agentic platforms and AI-powered factories that translate knowledge into scalable business impact. You establish governance, security, and verification across AI systems to ensure high quality and trust. You translate business intent into implementable architectures and collaborate with global teams to turn strategic vision into measurable outcomes. • Design AI-driven target architectures and conceptualize AI-powered software factories for enterprise-scale delivery
• Lead small project teams and manage delivery pipelines turning processes and standards into machine-executable workflows
• Establish governance with multi-layer verification, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability
• Oversee evaluation and security mechanisms, including automated testing, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming for AI systems
• Transform enterprise knowledge into machine-readable structures like architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules
• Translate business intent into scalable architectures and embed AI into existing technology landscapes and operating models

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or related field
• At least four years of experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or software engineering with a strong AI focus
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people
• Knowledge of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current AI trends (Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, AI-native architectures)
• Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLM-based apps, AI agents, or ML platforms)
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, platform engineering)
• Understanding of concepts like Agent Assembly Line, Execution Harness, Context Engineering and how to integrate them securely
• Ability to translate complex requirements into technical architectures and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Willingness to travel; ability to work in interdisciplinary, global teams
• Fluency in German and English
