Area Sales Manager, South East DACH - Workplace Furniture

Area to be covered: South East DACH (Bavaria & Austria)

Package: €60,000 -€75,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + €20,000 Bonus (paid monthly, quarterly and annually) + company car

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales for an international leading designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products such as office chairs, monitor arms, sit and stand desks & solutions, lighting products etc promoting health and comfort in the workplace.
• Focusing on the dealer channel, design & build, & commercial office end user accounts
• Training dealer partners on ergonomics and leveraging knowledge for product sales
• Reporting directly to Country Manager, direct contact with the VP of Europe
• Focus on sustainability with numerous products certified as having a positive impact on the environment
• Strong sales / account management background with ability to generate leads and achieve revenue goals

Requirements:

• Must have sales experience selling contract furniture, commercial office products or commercial interiors products locally in Bavaria.
• Hungry, motivated, hardworking, driven
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
• Ability for regional travel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
