Your tasks:

Define and implement measures to strengthen customer´s relationships in cooperation with dealers and distributors across Europe
Propose and support business development activities for distributors and dealers
Evaluate operations at our dealers and submit improvement plans
Administrate and analyze data from distributors regarding vehicle intake, service and parts profit
Support the organization and execution of the annual European service conference for distributors
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially with departments overseas

Your profile:

Qualification as a Master Technician or any other equivalent
Professional knowledge and experience in workshop operations, customer services and aftersales business
Experience in the commercial vehicle sector and technical knowledge of commercial vehicles
Knowledge of light- and heavy-duty trucks, initial experience with electric vehicles
Well-developed negotiation and coordination skills
An analytical, flexible and proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills
Business fluent German and English skills (C1 level or higher)
