Business Development Manager – Food Safety Services DACH (m/f/d)

In this role you drive growth for Diversey Consulting in the DACH region, blending food safety expertise with commercial leadership. You will partner with major food organizations to design and deliver world-class solutions, expanding revenue and partnerships. You’ll own regional P&L and lead cross-functional delivery teams to ensure project success. • Drive regional growth, owning pipeline, revenue and results
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand footprint
• Identify and build strategic partnerships in the food industry
• Lead consultative sales from needs assessment to closing
• Act as trusted advisor to Quality, Operations, and Food Safety leaders
• Own regional P&L performance and business outcomes
• Coordinate and manage delivery teams (consultants, labs, partners)
• Ensure successful execution of client projects

• University degree in related fields (Food Safety, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Veterinary Sciences) or similar
• Strong technical understanding of food safety and operations
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in business development, sales, or consultative roles
