Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

As the first Business Developer in Munich, you will help establish Lucca’s presence in the German market. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and other units to define strategy, generate high-potential leads, and close deals. You will articulate Lucca’s value to HR and operations professionals, ensuring high client satisfaction and uncovering upsell opportunities. This is a chance to shape market entry for a design-driven SaaS company with international growth momentum.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Germany across multiple channels
• Qualify inbound demand from Marketing and convert to qualified appointments
• Understand client needs, present Lucca solutions, and demonstrate added value
• Quote, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction
• Identify new needs and upsell opportunities within existing clients
• Suggest improvements to lead qualification and sales processes
• Rigorously use Salesforce CRM and Outreach for campaigns and tracking

• Bachelor or Master in sales or related field
• Proven full-cycle sales experience in the German SaaS market
• Knowledge of HR domain desirable
• Strong written and spoken communication in German and English
