Business Development Manager Poland (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the expansion of voice solutions in Poland and neighboring Eastern European markets. You will shape country and customer sales strategies, build and manage partners, and support market and competitive analyses. You collaborate with marketing to raise awareness and engage at events, contributing to the company’s growth in a tech-enabled logistics domain. You will travel as needed to foster key relationships and close deals.

• Develop market entry strategies and country-specific sales plans for Eastern Europe (Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic)
• Identify and acquire business partners for sales and project delivery
• Manage partner sales activities from lead generation to contract closure
• Maintain and support existing key customers and partners
• Conduct market analyses to identify customer needs and market conditions
• Observe competitive activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support marketing initiatives and participate in industry conferences and events

• Degree with a focus on business informatics, logistics and/or supply chain management or a related apprenticeship/qualification
• Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
• Experience in logistics and affinity for IT systems
• Very good presentation skills
• Competitive, sociable, and enthusiastic personality
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Very good command of English and Polish (region-specific)
