CAO Elite Client Success Advisor (Remote)

As a Client Success Advisor for CAO Elite, you ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing value delivery for our most strategic customers. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to sustain service quality, manage renewals, and surface opportunities to increase customer satisfaction. You help clients maximize ROI from Counter Adversary Elite by tracking metrics, surfacing insights, and guiding constructive feedback. This role sits at the intersection of security expertise and customer advocacy, shaping how elite threat intelligence drives outcomes for diverse organizations. • Onboard new clients and operationalize Counter Adversary Elite throughout the lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction and service integrity
• Strengthen relationships with at-risk customers and identify upsell/c satisfaction opportunities
• Develop and analyze customer metrics and reporting to detect performance or health issues
• Identify renewal risks and work with teams to achieve successful renewals
• Drive proactive customer success through check-ins, surveys, and feedback; participate in renewal meetings
• Assess client usage of CAO Elite to maximize return on investment

• Experience in a customer engagement or consulting role, preferably related to EDR
• Client-facing cybersecurity experience
• Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and executive audiences
• Strong relationship-building with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate across time zones
• Practical knowledge of source intelligence, security research, and threat hunting concepts
• Experience in one or more areas: Security Operations; Incident Response; Consulting; Malware analysis; Penetration testing; Threat hunting; Information security consulting; All Source Threat Intelligence
