Communication Specialist Senior - Project Business (m/f/d)

In this role, you shape Hager’s external image by creating credible, journalistic content across earned and owned channels to support the Project Business repositioning. You will develop strategic editorial concepts, identify story opportunities, and translate complex topics into clear narratives with a focus on reputation. You will manage an editorial pipeline and oversee cross-channel publishing, ensuring consistency and a non-promotional, credible tone. This position blends PR, editorial content, and strategic communications to drive impact. You will work closely with internal teams to align messages and storytelling frameworks with business priorities.

• Strengthen corporate reputation and support repositioning in Project Business solutions through credible editorial content
• Develop and implement comms strategies and editorial concepts aligned with strategic priorities
• Identify compelling story opportunities and build narratives around project references and expert input
• Create and edit high-quality English content (articles, customer stories, press materials, digital content)
• Translate complex topics into clear, evidence-based narratives
• Manage and animate the editorial calendar and content pipeline across channels
• Coordinate content creation and publishing across press, web, and social media for consistency
• Lead projects from concept to publication with stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with internal experts across Communications, Marketing, Sales, and Business teams
• Contribute to messaging consistency, proof points, and storytelling frameworks for repositioning
• Ensure content is credible, reputation-focused, and non-promotional with attention to accuracy and compliance

• Master’s degree in relevant field
• 8+ years in PR, editorial content, corporate communications, or journalism-style storytelling
• Strong strategic thinking and editorial skills (copywriting, editing, planning)
• Understanding of Project Business in construction/electrical solutions or B2B sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across an international matrix
• Curious, structured, detail-oriented with credibility and judgment
• Fluent English; French and/or German an advantage
