Project Expert SD&SCM Senior Specialist (f/m/d)

As Project Expert for SAP SD & SCM, you lead SAP-driven change programs in Cologne, coordinating developers and consultants across projects. You’ll own scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliverables and thorough documentation. A SME in SAP domains, you’ll train users and drive continuous improvement. This role blends technical SAP work with stakeholder management in a global, family-owned company committed to responsible, sustainable mobility.

• Analyze business requirements and implement SAP SD & SCM solutions through system customization and development
• Coordinate and steer internal and external stakeholders, including developers and consultants, within projects and changes
• Support testing, QA, deployment, and ensure proper system and process documentation
• Lead assigned projects and changes with responsibility for scope, quality, timelines, and budget
• Act as main contact for business users and stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain and expand expertise within the SAP domain, supporting new processes and solutions
• Create, review, and maintain documentation and ensure knowledge management standards
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training for IT and business users as required
• Act as SME within the assigned area and guide colleagues and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements and contribute ideas to enhance systems, processes, and services
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents and problems; participate in on-call support

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and SCM
• Expert knowledge of SAP SD and SAP SCM
• Experience with SAP HANA; understanding of SAP FI/CO, MM, PP and ABAP
• ITIL certification and/or SAP certification in SD, SCM, or related area
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in service transition, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
