• Provide professional communication to resolve inquiries and ensure a high-quality experience.

Policy Processing & Account Management:

• Process new business, renewals, and assigned risk accounts with accuracy.
• Review policy details like payroll and classifications, resolving discrepancies.

Compliance & Quality:

• Ensure all activities meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Identify trends and escalate issues for continuous improvement.

Claims Support & Coordination:

• Assist with claims inquiries by directing to adjusters and resources.
• Document claim-related interactions accurately.
