• Supporting our national and international customers via phone and email
• Processing, managing and tracking customer orders
• Coordinating delivery schedules with internal departments
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintaining and updating customer and order data in our ERP system
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service and order management processes
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or order processing is an advantage
• Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, French or Italian) are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Structured and self-reliant way of working
• Team player with a solution-oriented approach
