Customer Support Professional

In this role you drive regional service excellence by owning end-to-end service administration and repair workflows for a global distribution network. You will support partners across the EMEA region, handling inquiries, warranties, returns, and local repair center operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and smooth logistics, from spare parts to customs. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within Trimble’s Field Systems group, focused on improving customer satisfaction and service outcomes. • Provide solution-oriented support to distribution partners and service providers via phone, email, and CRM tickets.
• Manage end-to-end administrative lifecycle for defective products: repair processing, replacements, returns, and wrong deliveries.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, repair invoicing, and temporary customs imports for local repair center operations.
• Process reimbursements for external warranty repairs and costs for customer site service work; maintain master data and system registrations.

• Strong background in customer support, service administration, or operations coordination.
• Professional proficiency in German and English (C1 level) to support a diverse base.
• Experience delivering professional, solution-oriented communication across multiple channels.
• Experience managing end-to-end administrative workflows, ticket resolution, and data validation in CRM systems.
