Director, Culinary Offer Implementation (Fully Remote)

• Lead culinary innovation for East Coast corporate accounts, shaping food and hospitality strategy for a ~$300M business.
• Report to VP of Culinary and partner with central marketing and culinary teams to implement brands at unit level.
• Ideal candidate based in Tri-State area (NY, CT, Northern NJ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide culinary teams on brand strategy and deployment for new openings and client refreshes.
• Support new business sales tastings and proactive retention through tailored culinary solutions.
• Drive food and beverage innovation partnering with Central Marketing on new concepts and recipes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field with progressive multi-site culinary leadership.
• Willingness to travel 50% across East Coast and proven ability to lead brand standards and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, client relationship management, and experience mentoring culinary talent.
