Director Digital Procurement

In this role you will define and execute the digital procurement strategy within Infineon’s Corporate Functions, leading a global team to deliver high-value AI-enabled improvements. You’ll align suppliers and internal stakeholders to strategic goals, while championing responsible AI adoption and change management. This is an opportunity to shape digital procurement at scale and drive measurable value across global operations.

• Define procurement digital strategy and roadmap
• Identify and scale high-value AI use cases
• Translate business needs into digital products
• Lead Transformation: Global Team Lead and value delivery
• Own performance measurement and outcomes
• Ensure responsible and secure AI adoption
• Manage external partners and technology ecosystem
• Build capability and drive change adoption
• Communicate strategic direction to Infineon and suppliers
• Coordinate cross-functional, global deployment of digital procurement initiatives

• 10+ years in Digital Procurement/Supply Chain, digital transformation, or related fields with global exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s/MBA preferred
• Strong project management experience with global cross-functional teams
• Proven track record implementing digital and AI solutions
• Experience with transformation initiatives and technology-enabled change
• Semiconductor knowledge is a plus; certifications are a plus
