Overview

As the strategic HR partner to the EVS Board, you guide people strategy to enable business priorities across Europe. You lead workforce planning, org design, capability & succession, and shape the operating model to mitigate capacity and retention risks. You drive complex transformations and advise leaders on sensitive people matters, while developing an high‑performance HRBP team and partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful solutions. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership in a dynamic, international environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Act as strategic HR partner for the EVS Board and advise on people matters
  • Lead annual people planning cycle: organizational design, workforce planning, capability management, succession planning
  • Shape business strategy from a people perspective and address capacity, capability, and retention risks
  • Drive and support transformation initiatives: restructurings, integrations, market expansions, operating model changes
  • Advise leaders on sensitive employee matters (performance, leadership transitions, separations)
  • Own talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles; advance leadership development
  • Foster a high‑performance culture; coach leaders on people management; support Talent Acquisition messaging
  • Optimize organizational effectiveness: structures, workforce metrics, targeted people initiatives
  • Lead and develop the HRBP team; ensure performance and career development
  • Collaborate with TA, Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, HR Operations, and CoEs to deliver solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Several years of experience as senior HR Business Partner or HR Director in international, matrix‑oriented environments
  • Proven track record advising Board and C‑level executives and leading complex organizational transformations
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning
  • Experience leading HRBP teams across multiple European markets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑level collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and solution‑oriented approach
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
  • Interest or experience with Energy and Value‑added Services market dynamics
