Functional Analyst (f/m/d) (part-/full-time)

In this role you drive the ongoing development of risk management systems within a cross-functional team. You act as the interface between IT development and specialist departments, serving as a competence center for risk modules. You define and plan requirement implementations, coordinate steps, and support the product owner in prioritization and future development. You also influence agile practices and conduct user acceptance tests with stakeholders. This position offers a collaborative, international environment with growth in the energy sector.

• Support development of risk management systems and components in a cross-functional team
• Serve as interface between IT development and specialist departments as a competence center for risk modules
• Drive definition and conception of requirements and coordinate implementation steps
• Support product owner in prioritization and future development of risk systems
• Influence agile ways of working and conduct user acceptance / feature tests with specialist departments

• Bachelor in Business Informatics / Business Engineering / Business Mathematics / Risk Management or comparable
• Basic knowledge of Risk Management, Data Management & AI Implementation
• Strong interest in risk management, complex data management, algorithms and risk software design
• Experience in energy industry or financial mathematics / risk management is a benefit

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
