Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Celonis, you’ll shape the innovation agenda for Celonis Labs, steering a portfolio of exploratory products and partner integrations. You’ll translate trends and AI-driven insights into tangible product concepts and roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, product and GTM teams to validate ideas and scale prototypes. Your work directly informs the company strategy and creates new business models. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced, startup-like innovation environment with global collaboration.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Identify and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities to influence the innovation roadmap
Develop business cases and end-to-end solution blueprints integrating core product capabilities with partners
Prototype and validate ideas using AI capabilities to gain early evidence
Define project goals and manage end-to-end validation for technical, market, and strategic viability
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to mature labs research into scalable production
Guide concepts from problem identification through design and implementation to inform product strategy

Zentrale Anforderungen

8+ years of Product Manager or Solution Architect experience in B2B high-growth SaaS/PaaS
Proven track record shepherding early-stage concepts through validation, incubation, to production readiness
Strong interest in exploring new technologies and experimentation in early-stage environments
Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into actionable work for technical teams
Ability to lead by example in cross-functional teams and drive initiatives
Strong analytical mindset with data-curation and presentation for senior leadership
