Overview

In this role you drive the successful delivery of Icertis implementations across Europe, overseeing large-scale programs and partnering with customers and partners. You manage P&L, guide customer success, and fuel growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will lead complex deployments, mitigate risks, and ensure positive go-lives and outcomes. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead and support complex client implementations ensuring delivery and satisfaction
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep programs on track
Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
Set and manage customer expectations throughout implementation lifecycle
Serve as trusted advisor on best practices and solution adoption
Monitor capacity, workload, and project health to address delivery challenges
Drive process improvements across methods, tools, and policies
Act as primary contact for customer escalations during engagements
Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes
Enable and support partners in successful implementation of Icertis solutions
Oversee P&L management, customer success, and growth initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience delivering Professional Services in a software, SaaS, or technology environment
Strong project management or consulting background
Fluent in German and English
Proven success delivering large, complex implementation programs
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Data-driven with risk identification and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Track record of successful go-lives and customer outcomes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong AI mindset with experience implementing AI solutions and enabling digital transformation initiatives
