Director SAP Sales & Service and IT Applications EMEA (m/f/d)

As Director SAP Sales & Service and IT Applications EMEA you will lead SAP SD/GTS and SAP Service/FSM domains, guiding senior managers and coordinating international IT projects. You’ll drive ERP, FSM, and GTS implementations while ensuring SAP configurations meet business needs in Sales and Service. You’ll balance budgets, manage external partners, and align IT with business goals to support life-saving workflows. This role offers scope to shape regional SAP strategy in a globally impactful company.

• Lead SAP SD/GTS and SAP Service/FSM domains and oversight of Senior Managers
• Act as IT single point of contact for European stakeholders
• Steer international IT projects and global ERP/FSM/GTS implementations
• Ensure SAP configuration and customizing in Sales and Service
• Own budget for ERP, FSM, and GTS initiatives
• Coordinate external consultants and service providers
• Foster IT-business collaboration and maintain quality/regulatory compliance

• Minimum of 5 years experience in leading leaders (Senior Managers, Team Leads)
• Strong SAP configuration and customizing expertise in Sales and Service
• Solid experience with SAP SD, GTS, and Service/FSM
• Proven track record in leading international IT projects
• Solid understanding of sales and service business processes
• Experience in ABAP development is an advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with stakeholder influence
• Very good English skills for international collaboration
