Drilling & Well QAQC Supervisor (m/f/d)

In this role, you coordinate QAQC activities across rig, drilling, completion, and intervention operations to ensure quality and compliance. You lead QAQC culture, implement Service Quality Plans, and oversee inspections and equipment readiness. You will support investigations of failures and maintain a robust reporting system. • Coordinate QAQC activities with the QAQC Lead across rig, drilling, completion and intervention operations
• Demonstrate leadership in quality management and foster QAQC culture among service providers
• Ensure Service Quality Plans (SQPs) are implemented per contractual requirements
• Plan and coordinate service inspections at contractor sites aligned with SQPs
• Ensure equipment is prepared with valid certifications and records
• Establish a D&W QAQC release process before rig mobilization with a final release note
• Maintain/update inspection reporting system with reports, release notes and technical information
• Issue non-conformances and technical incident reports as needed
• Support investigations of service or equipment failures

• 10+ years of QAQC experience in drilling activities
• General knowledge of drilling and completions including well testing and interventions equipment
• Good knowledge of rig operations
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO9001/APIQ1
• Practitioner certification for APIQ2
• Knowledge of DS1, NS2 and API standards relevant to contractor equipment
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Valid authorization to work in Germany
