Verantwortungsbereiche

Supervise preparation, mobilization, execution, and demobilization of special lifting and transport equipment
Lead on-site operational teams during complex and critical lifts
Ensure activities follow engineering plans, safety standards, and project requirements
Coordinate logistics of equipment, components, and site setup
Coach and mentor operators and junior supervisors on the field
Act as main operational contact for clients and project stakeholders on site
Monitor equipment condition, inspections, and maintenance
Contribute to safety, execution quality, and efficiency improvements
Work on international assignments across Europe and potentially worldwide

Zentrale Anforderungen

Proven experience in heavy lifting, specialized transport, or complex crane operations
Experience in a supervisory or lead operator role in a project-based environment
Strong technical understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and lifting systems
Experience with special devices or heavy lifting equipment (crawler cranes, engineered lifting systems, SPMTs)
Strong safety leadership mindset and ability to enforce standards under pressure
Ability to lead multicultural teams in international environments
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on mentality with active participation in operations
