EMEA Business Development Manager Memory (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead the deployment and communication of the Memory strategy across EMEA, aligning with sales, suppliers, and key customers. You will provide market guidance, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue and margin expansion in memory. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape memory initiatives and ensure successful design-ins and ongoing business. • Form and communicate market and segment strategy for DRAM, NAND, NOR, and specialty memory
• Identify customer requirements and technology trends across the region
• Deploy EBV memory strategy to internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic memory customers and build cross-functional relationships
• Promote memory products to new and existing customers with a focus on design-ins and recurring business
• Drive regional design activity and progress design-in and design-win
• Lead qualification of opportunities with Sales, FAEs, and technical teams
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to support customer projects
• Organize marketing programs, seminars, workshops, and represent EBV at industry events

• 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Program Development, preferably in Memory
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Strong strategic thinking with solid market insight
• Proven ability in opportunity development and disciplined pipeline management
• Experience in customer and supplier relationship management
• Technical understanding of A&D electronics
• Awareness of compliance requirements and risk management
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel across EMEA
