Enterprise AI Services Manager (m/f/d)

As Enterprise AI Services Manager, you oversee the lifecycle, adoption, and continuous optimization of HARMAN’s enterprise AI services portfolio. You will manage AI productivity tools like ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot and future platforms, aligning them with business objectives while driving value and user adoption. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and governance groups to ensure compliant, high-impact AI services. • Own operational lifecycle management of enterprise AI services (onboarding, adoption, feature enablement, support readiness, continuous improvement)
• Manage the portfolio of AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, future platforms)
• Develop service roadmaps, release plans, and feature rollout strategies with platform providers and stakeholders
• Monitor health, adoption metrics, usage trends, and business impact to optimize value
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, security, and governance to ensure policy and contract compliance
• Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships, escalations, and roadmap discussions
• Define service performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting on utilization and impact
• Drive license governance and optimization of AI investments
• Collaborate with change management, training, and comms to enable adoption across the enterprise
• Identify opportunities to expand capabilities and improve user experience

• 8+ years in service management, SaaS platform management, or product operations
• Experience managing enterprise technology services or digital productivity tools in a large organization
• Understanding of enterprise AI platforms, generative AI, copilots, and AI productivity tech
• Experience with service delivery, vendor management, adoption analytics, license management, and performance reporting
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
