Field Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

As an in-region Field Marketing Specialist in Germany, you drive demand generation and funnel velocity within your territory by coordinating regional and partner campaigns. You work closely with regional channel teams and sales to ensure impactful programs, events, and content that accelerate the sales pipeline. You implement structured insights with corporate marketing to optimize messaging and tactics, and you collaborate across partners to unlock new opportunities. • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans to generate demand and increase funnel velocity in your territory
• Align marketing initiatives with sales through regular collaboration
• Design and coordinate regional and partner events from planning to post-event follow-up with emphasis on content creation
• Implement a process for collecting, sharing, and prioritizing insights with corporate marketing to optimize messaging, programs and tactics
• Collaborate with key channel partners to create joint marketing programs that open opportunities in their customer base
• Manage and monitor field and partner marketing budget; assess results and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Field Marketing leadership on strategic initiatives and projects
• Maintain an up-to-date Field Marketing events calendar and support efficiency-enhancing projects
• Foster strong collaboration with sales, marketing leaders, and alliance partners to achieve mutual goals

• 1-3 years in B2B field or partner marketing; cloud services or security experience for mid-market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing strategies
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales leaders and teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo and related tools to update campaigns and measure success
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple territory plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to create compelling, clear, and error-free marketing materials
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Fluency in German and English
