Field Sales Representative – Power Tools & Industrial Equipment

Main Responsibilities

• Develop sales of power tools and general industrial equipment, working with manufacturing customers, distributors and internal technical teams.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and distributors
• Identify and approach new customers
• Prepare account plans for assigned customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations and support contract negotiations
• Coordinate pricing, specifications and delivery schedules with manufacturers
• Organise product demonstrations with technical colleagues
• Support exhibitions and other sales events
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in cooperation with technical teams
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and relevant KPIs
• Collaborate with inside-sales staff and application engineers
• Undertake regular business travel within the assigned territory

Ideal Candidate

• Approximately three or more years of B2B sales experience involving power tools, industrial equipment or related technical products
• Experience selling to manufacturing customers
• Mother tongue-level German
• Valid driving licence
• Willingness and ability to undertake regular business travel
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural business environment
• Sales experience involving power tools or hand tools
• Mechanical or technical background
• Experience managing distributor relationships
• Knowledge of Incoterms or import and export procedures
• Experience participating in industrial exhibitions or trade fairs

Condition

• Location: Stuttgart, Germany (regular business travel required)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
