Global Client Executive - DACH - Medidata

In this role you drive strategic account growth and client success with Medidata’s most strategic customers. You will align resources across functions to win opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction in line with our ethics and business principles. You’ll operate in a consultative, executive-facing capacity to influence decisions and outcomes across life sciences domains. The position offers a chance to shape long-term partnerships and accelerate value realization for clinical trial platforms.

• Develop and execute strategic account management plans for assigned accounts
• Consistently achieve revenue and booking targets within the territory
• Represent Medidata in alignment with company principles and ethics
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet objectives
• Maintain and update account and opportunity data in Salesforce
• Note: quarterly/annual sales targets documented separately

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience including Medical Device experience
• Strong life sciences knowledge across R&D, Clinical, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT
• Proven trusted advisor in large accounts
• Consultative approach to drive client outcomes
• Track record of exceeding sales and account targets
• Ability to gain executive credibility and navigate organizational politics
• Tenacity and drive to achieve goals
• Strong business planning and organizational skills
• Strong application software experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
