Global Electromagnetic Interference Subject Matter Expert (d/f/m)

In this role you drive and shape Henkel’s EMI solutions, from component to material levels, advancing breakthrough technologies, IP, and technical publications. You will align technology roadmaps with customer needs, collaborate with global centers, and translate complex EMI concepts into practical customer solutions. You’ll lead innovation programs, share best practices across teams, and build strong external partnerships to accelerate adoption. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and customer engagement.

• Serve as Henkel’s EMI expert, driving development of EMI technologies and related IP/publications
• Shape strategy and tactical plans to accelerate EMI adoption through research, customer interactions, and early design engagement
• Collaborate with global customer design centers and industry experts to align technology roadmaps
• Engage with key customers to translate evolving needs into new business opportunities and customer solutions
• Lead and manage innovation and application development programs with attention to customer needs and emerging tech
• Share best practices across teams, technologies, applications, and product lines within the strategic business unit
• Lead strategic recommendations, customer engagements, demonstrations, technical trainings, and problem-solving initiatives for EMI technologies
• Build and leverage external networks with research institutions, suppliers, OEM/tier-1 customers, and industry bodies

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, PhD considered an advantage
• Min. 3 years of professional experience, including customer-facing technical roles
• Strong and demonstrable EMI and electrical engineering expertise at system and component levels; material-level expertise (adhesives, coatings) is a plus
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical customer-focused solutions
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and delivering results
• Strong English communication skills and cross-regional collaboration abilities
