Global Senior Product Manager – SCS (Spinal Cord Stimulation)

As Global Senior Product Manager – SCS, you will shape global marketing strategy for the spinal cord stimulation portfolio and lead strategic growth initiatives across Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, regions, and external partners to drive adoption and market share. This high-visibility role requires launch experience, data-driven thinking, and the ability to navigate a regulated, technical environment. You will influence messaging, portfolio planning, and new product introductions to support Medtronic’s patient-first mission. • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Medical Education, Operations, and Health Economics to align marketing plans
• Act as the SCS marketing leader and central point of contact for Western Europe
• Analyze competitor pipelines, identify gaps, and develop targeted portfolio positioning
• Drive global portfolio marketing including annual plan, messaging, evidence dissemination, and campaigns
• Partner with Commercial Marketing to deliver messaging across digital, social, and academic forums
• Oversee asset creation, management, and utilization planning
• Build relationships with KOLs, customers, and Sales; participate in medical society meetings and Medtronic education events
• Collaborate with regions on demand forecasting and manage global product introductions and phase-outs

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of marketing or sales experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years’ experience
• Prior healthcare marketing experience, ideally in Medical Devices
• Product management experience
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
• Experience working across a highly matrixed organization
• Ability to travel up to 30%
