HR Business Partner - Germany & Nordics

As an EMEA HR Business Partner at Fortinet, you will provide comprehensive HR support to management and staff across several EMEA Sales Regions, aligning people strategies with business goals. You will partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development, while ensuring compliance and seamless HR operations. You will lead data-driven insights, immigration and benefits processes, and contribute to HR projects that enhance engagement. This on-site role offers visibility in a global cybersecurity leader and opportunities to shape a high-performance culture.

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers
• Deliver a broad range of HR services with a customer-oriented approach
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company policies
• Provide leaders with accurate workforce data, insights, and reporting
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement with Talent Operations
• Enter and audit data in the HRIS and maintain data quality
• Explain and apply compliance and local legal requirements
• Oversee immigration procedures and ensure regulatory adherence
• Manage benefits enrollments and respond to related queries
• Support EMEA HR projects and HR-related policy documentation
• Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed
• Contribute to staffing support and end-to-end HR processes (onboarding/offboarding/engagement)

• Experience delivering HR support in international environments (UK and Ireland)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Highly organized with multitasking capabilities
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset in fast-paced settings
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
