Overview

As HR Business Partner, you support people strategy by partnering with managers across Services and Digital to drive effective employee relations and people management. You will translate business needs into HR solutions, coaching leaders and shaping talent, L&D and rewards programs. You’ll own data-driven decision making, participate in HR projects, and ensure best-practice HR across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of business growth and people development, offering impact across a multinational team. Verantwortungsbereiche

Partner with people managers across Services and Digital to implement the People and Organisation strategy
Manage employee relations cases and mitigate risk through best-practice HR
Coach management in talent management, L&D, and rewards tools to improve engagement and retention
Drive high-quality employee data and analytics to inform business decisions
Contribute to recruitment initiatives with the Talent Acquisition team
Lead and contribute to HR Roadmap projects to add value
Provide hands-on administrative support to the HR department

Zentrale Anforderungen

At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years as HRBP or similar role
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent
Experience in Tech, Online, or iGaming is a strong plus
Proficiency with HR systems and analytics to support decision-making
Coaching mindset and ability to mentor managers
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Global mindset and ability to work in multinational environment
English essential; German helpful for local office
