Integration Solutions Manager (f/m/d)

In this role you manage and drive integration projects across the full delivery lifecycle within logistics environments. You translate business needs into technical specs and user stories, shaping integration flows between TMS, ERP, and external platforms. You collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data mappings and successful go-lives. You thrive in a dynamic setting, communicating risks and decisions clearly and supporting release readiness.

• Lead requirements engineering and translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Define integration logic, data mappings, transformation rules, and interface specs (APIs, XML, EDI, event-based)
• Coordinate end-to-end integration delivery and ensure successful go-live
• Design and support integration flows between logistics systems with solution architects and development teams
• Maintain data mappings between TMS, ERP, and external platforms; ensure accurate data transformation
• Align integrations with end-to-end freight forwarding processes across air and ocean freight
• Act as primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Support SIT/UAT, coordinate testing activities, and assist production issue resolution and go-live readiness
• Provide ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and operational transitions

• 4+ years in integration management, IT delivery, or project management within freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong understanding of end-to-end freight forwarding processes across air and ocean freight
• Hands-on experience with Transport Management System (TMS)
• Solid knowledge of APIs, XML, EDI, and event-based architectures; Postman is a plus
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs, data mappings, and development-ready user stories
• Ability to manage and coordinate integration delivery initiatives end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and external partners

• Willingness to learn, take ownership and drive initiatives forward
• Collaborative in a dynamic, cross-functional, international environment; fluent in English; German a plus
