Lead Solution Sales Executive – Growth Solutions, Corporate Regulatory Reporting

Obtain new business and customer expansion sales opportunities from executive-level buyers and influencers
Lead the sales launch of new solutions in partnership with the Growth Solutions team
Focus initially on the Corporate Regulatory Reporting (CRR) solution
Collaborate with Workiva sales and cross-functional teams to deliver multi-solution sales and CRR bookings success
Develop and execute a growth solution sales motion for future offerings
Build customer relationships and identify Workiva products and solutions that meet customer needs
Drive customer acquisition through new subscriptions, professional services, delivery, and training
Generate qualified sales pipeline with Sales, Inside Sales, and Partnerships teams
Bring new solutions to market and provide market feedback to improve offering effectiveness
Apply relevant domain knowledge in new regulatory and solution areas
Deliver compelling Workiva platform demonstrations based on needs analysis
Address customer objections and solve client challenges
Lead sales processes through close by demonstrating Workiva's value proposition
Update customer relationship management tools with customer contacts
Analyze pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Rally internal support and optimize internal resources for account pursuits
Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through
Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
Share knowledge and best practices and mentor peers

Requirements

8+ years experience in a related role involving enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales across large customer accounts
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model
Ability to demonstrate complex software applications
Demonstrated experience navigating and delivering sales success across large, enterprise organizations
Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business challenges
Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level
Ability to identify and understand influencers versus buyers and navigate sales-cycle nuances
Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value
Capability for achieving and exceeding sales quota targets
Comfort and success operating in an ambiguous and evolving solution environment
Effective cross-functional collaboration with non-sales teams
Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events
Reliable internet access required when working remotely and not in a Workiva office
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
