Lending Services & Delivery Partner - EMEA (m/f/d)

In this role you own strategic lending engagements across the EMEA region, from early scoping to delivery. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape solutions and drive outcomes that are on time, on budget, and high quality. You navigate diverse regulatory contexts and lead cross-functional delivery teams to transform lending programs. • Engage with clients early to shape scope and set up delivery foundations
• Own end-to-end large-scale lending transformations across Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, and Asset Finance
• Build trusted relationships with senior/C-level stakeholders as the primary accountability contact
• Develop client-specific solutions translating business needs into concrete roadmaps
• Ensure delivery meets time, budget, and quality standards to strengthen SAP Fioneer's reputation
• Lead and develop high-performing delivery teams with accountability and collaboration
• Navigate complex EMEA regulatory and market environments and adapt delivery accordingly
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and sales to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions
• Identify and manage delivery risks with clear mitigation plans

• Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in EMEA (Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, or Asset Finance)
• Strong track record in end-to-end programme management with accountability for quality, scope, and budget
• Experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams in cross-functional settings
• Ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders with strategic advisory and delivery ownership
• Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design
• Familiarity with EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to lending
• Experience with core banking or lending platforms; knowledge of SAP Fioneer solutions is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, lean organization
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills; additional European languages are a plus
