Senior Regional Services Partner - EMEA Central

As Regional Services Partner, you will own the services bookings and delivery for Elastic’s Enterprise Sector in the EMEA Central region. You’ll shape tailored services strategies with cross‑functional partners to accelerate value and adoption of Elastic solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex engagements, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery that meets quality and customer outcomes. • Achieve services bookings and revenue targets; own the services sales cycle and forecasting
• Build territory services strategy aligned with account plans and adoption goals
• Lead bid, scope, pricing, and contract negotiations for service engagements
• Shape outcome‑oriented offerings and develop milestone‑driven Statements of Work
• Position services as a strategic enabler for transformation in Enterprise Sector
• Govern engagements across multiple accounts with cost, margin, and customer satisfaction oversight
• Provide governance across Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success; manage escalations
• Identify and mitigate risks, run steering meetings, and report on changes
• Advise on aligning Elastic Services with customer mission objectives and regulatory constraints
• Collaborate within a matrixed organization across Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Partners

• 8+ years in Professional Services, program delivery, or pre‑sales in enterprise tech
• Experience with Enterprise Sector organizations
• Proven ownership of services bookings targets, forecasting, and complex negotiations
• Strong background delivering tech solutions in search, observability, analytics, or security
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements with governance and risk oversight
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (and occasionally internationally)
