Senior Director, HR Business Partner EMEA Central

As Senior Director Employee Success Business Partner, you will advise and shape People Strategy across Central EMEA, partnering with COEs and HRBPs to drive leadership development, organizational design, and employee experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and align HR programs with business goals. • Advise senior leaders and influence priorities through credible partnerships
• Coach and develop leadership teams to strengthen organizational capability
• Act as change-agent to reshape the business for a world-class employee experience
• Lead complex HR initiatives (retention, talent assessment, succession planning, org design, compensation planning, leadership development)
• Promote talent strategies aligned with business goals (development, skills gap analysis, career progression)
• Coordinate with COEs and regional HR to deliver seamless HR processes and programs
• Provide analysis of organizational health (performance, engagement, attrition, diversity)
• Collaborate with other HR functions and drive cross-functional initiatives for broader impact

• 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience
• Proven track record in building and developing teams
• Strong relationship-building across all levels and diverse client groups
• Excellent business acumen and ability to drive major initiatives through the organization
• Proactive mindset with ability to diagnose issues and offer alternatives
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present to senior leaders
• Experience with leadership development and advising Sr Leaders
• Ability to partner with COEs to advance equality and key initiatives
• Team collaboration and ability to work with onsite and distributed teams
• Knowledge of employment laws and compensation strategies
