Manager - BCG Vantage, Data and Digital Platform

In this Manager role within BCG Vantage, you help client organizations transform via data, digital, and AI initiatives, partnering with global teams to shape strategy and deploy enterprise platforms. You will develop and commercialize AI-enabled assets, lead cross-functional efforts, and mentor junior colleagues. The role blends business insight with technical execution, spanning product management, roadmapping, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to deliver differentiated, impactful digital solutions.

• Solve complex client problems using analytical methods to deliver pragmatic solutions
• Own development of digital and AI products/tools across DDP advisory topics including diagnostics and benchmarking
• Define and manage roadmaps for topic-specific products and ensure assets stay differentiated and commercially relevant
• Bridge business and technology by translating requirements to scalable AI-enabled solutions with engineering teams in an agile setup
• Lead internal and external marketing and commercialization of products and tools
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to engage and align diverse audiences
• Manage a portfolio of projects/products with awareness of business priorities and commercial impact
• Coach, train, and mentor junior team members
• Line manage a team, including goal setting and development support
• Collaborate with case and proposal teams to deliver high-quality analysis and guidance
• Support asset development and go-to-market activities with business leaders
• Contribute to the build-up and maintenance of BCG assets and tools

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Data and Digital Platform topics and/or AI/digital product development and management (consulting experience preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with AI/GenAI applications in a product or business context
• Strong understanding of modern data and technology architectures and ability to translate business needs into technical concepts
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages helpful in some locations
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for a global team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting
