Manager, Business Development - Germany

In this role you will lead Fortinet’s Germany Business Development team to generate and qualify new opportunities in a fast-growing cybersecurity market. You’ll partner with sales to drive pipeline, coach BDRs, and ensure data-driven targeting and reporting. You’ll work with internal partners to align strategies and contribute to a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on leadership role at a global pioneer shaping the intersection of networking and security.

• Manage and coach a team of Business Development Representatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure policy adherence
• Drive hitting targets and KPIs through data analysis and trend identification
• Lead or participate in projects guided by the BD Director and provide recommendations
• Prepare and analyze accurate reporting and engage with internal customers and partners
• Lead by example to foster collaboration and accountability

• Team Lead or management experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in business development/inside sales with over-achievement
• IT and cybersecurity background
• Strong communication skills at all levels
