Manager Solution Design (d/f/m)

In this role you will spearhead the integration of advanced technologies, including AI and generative AI, into our operational processes to boost planning and execution. You will work with internal teams and external partners to drive digital solutions that improve efficiency and maintain our competitive edge. You will lead cross-functional projects from ideation to deployment, shaping a technology roadmap aligned with our long-term goals. • Analyze current operational processes to identify technology-enabled improvements
• Drive development and deployment of digital solutions using AI and genAI
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to deployment

• Shape and execute a technology roadmap aligned with strategic goals
• Establish KPIs to measure success of digital solutions and iterate

• Minimum 5 years of experience deploying technology, preferably in supply chain
• At least 2 years of leading teams
• Strong understanding of AI, genAI and emerging technologies
• Experience with digital solution development and integration
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects and translating business challenges into technical solutions
• Data-driven decision making and strong problem-solving abilities
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements
