National Channel Operations Manager (Fully Remote)

• Develop, implement, and maintain dealer pricing programs, discount structures, and rebate initiatives.
• Review and approve special pricing requests and dealer incentives; analyze performance and margin trends.
• Lead operational initiatives to improve dealer support processes, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; 5+ years in pricing or channel operations.
• Experience with dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks; strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems like SAP or Salesforce; advanced Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Salary range $98,000-$118,000 annually; includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k.
• Paid time off; remote work environment near major airport; travel ~10%.
