Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement (f/m/d)

As a Procurement Manager at Alstom, you lead a multicultural team to deliver cost-effective procurement across projects. You deploy global strategies in local contexts, drive supplier performance and risk mitigation, and enable profitable project execution. You will partner with engineering, quality, and finance to secure value and continuous improvement. • Lead and develop a multicultural procurement team, ensuring ethical compliance and alignment with global strategies
• Collaborate with Cluster/Country Procurement Directors and Global Procurement to deploy strategies
• Coach and integrate new resources, manage cost center sizing and resource needs
• Apply procurement rules, processes and tools to local teams and drive performance
• Support local buyers with procurement expertise and challenge global sourcing for project profitability
• Drive continuous improvement within the local buyer team (APSYS Procurement) and manage supplier QCD performance
• Assist in commercial and contractual negotiations during project execution
• Coordinate with site stakeholders to secure project execution and profitability, monitor risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Oversee inventory, OTIF, NCR treatment, CONQ S1 management, and align invoice accounting with the accounting department
