Product Evaluation Scientist (d/f/m) - limited

As a liaison between salon professionals and laboratory teams, you will translate insights into actionable reports in German and English. You will consolidate global CTI findings to create cross-functional, management-ready summaries, and support evaluation of professional hairdresser tests for current and future products. You’ll drive method development, standardization, and share knowledge to strengthen the team’s methodological baseline. This role centers on bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence product development and testing strategy.

• Serve as the primary link between salon professionals and lab teams to facilitate communication and knowledge transfer
• Create professional reports and presentations in German and English for internal and international stakeholders
• Consolidate CTI reports to develop comprehensive cross-functional summaries and management-ready documents
• Support, execution, and evaluation of professional hairdresser and salon tests for professional, retail products and future technologies
• Analyze test results, identify key findings, and contribute to data-driven recommendations for product development and improvement
• Drive development, optimization, and standardization of testing methods and evaluation processes
• Build and strengthen methodological understanding within the team via guidance, training, and knowledge sharing

• Background in hairdressing and study of cosmetology, hair science, consumer testing, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and summarize complex information
• Experience creating clear, structured reports and presentations for diverse audiences
• Ability to work effectively across functions and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
