Project Manager Construction Wind Onshore (f/m/d)

In this role you drive the delivery of large-scale onshore wind and BESS projects in Germany, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, within-budget execution while upholding strong HSSE standards. You work closely with cross-functional partners across regions and corporate, shaping safe and efficient project delivery in a fast-evolving renewable energy landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical oversight with stakeholder collaboration to advance Statkraft’s renewables mission.

• Lead multiple wind and BESS projects in late-stage development and construction, organizing and guiding project execution
• Coordinate integrated project teams including external consultants, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor and report cost, schedule, quality, and risks to senior management; manage project documentation and payments
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) requirements and permit conditions
• Ensure effective internal communication across staff and interfaces with Region, Country and Corporate teams
• Maintain regular project meetings, capture minutes and actions, and track spend, progress, variations and documentation
• Oversee interfaces between civil, electrical BOP, and wind turbines or BESS; manage claims

• University degree in engineering or natural sciences with extensive experience
• >5 years of experience managing wind projects or BESS during late-stage development and construction
• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling, quality and risk management across development to construction
• Experience managing claims
• Strong technical understanding of wind energy technology and supply contracts with complex appendices
• Excellent project management, planning, organizing, and prioritization abilities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; effective in German and English
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Germany (1–3 days)
