(Senior) AI Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Senior AI Engineer at eigenblue, you will co-create our AI-powered product from the ground up, shaping intelligent, real-world robotic and mechatronic systems. You will translate complex R&D challenges into scalable AI solutions and production-grade infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the founding team and cross-functional partners to embed AI features into customer-facing products. This role offers the chance to influence the entire AI lifecycle, from research to deployment, at a company that blends human expertise with proprietary AI to solve multidisciplinary problems. • Develop and deploy advanced AI solutions (LLM and non-LLM) for physical R&D automation and system design
• Design, implement, and test novel AI reasoning approaches using proprietary ontology/algorithms with public tools
• Build and maintain production-ready MLOps infra on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including API microservices with Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI
• Collaborate with AI/Data Engineers, PMs, executives and Software teams to build data pipelines and integrate AI features into products
• Implement and optimize RAG systems, multi-agent architectures, and fine-tuning pipelines (SFT/RFT) while addressing biases and evaluation metrics

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• 3-6+ years hands-on AI/ML development experience
• Proven experience with LLM production deployment, MLOps, CI/CD on cloud platforms
• Containerization and scalable deployment of models as APIs, monitoring, drift detection, and security
