As (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Marketing team and will be the interface to our community. In this role, you will promote continuous contact, provide inspiration, and set impulses to maintain the close relationship with our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• You continuously develop and optimize ourCRM and Lifecycle Strategy.

• You build scalableCustomer JourneysandAutomationsand further develop them.

• You are responsible for theCRM Roadmapand drive ourPersonalization and Segmentation Strategy.

• You develop new CRM initiatives to increaseRetention,Customer Lifetime Value, andLoyalty.

• You work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, BI, and Tech) to continuously optimize theCustomer Experience.

• You establish a data-drivenTest and Experimentation Culturewithin CRM.

• You thinkdata-driven, can design analyses, and directly convert these insights intoBusiness DecisionsandCampaign Optimization.

• Yourcommunication skills in German and Englishare excellent.

• You know how to seamlessly coordinate with other teams to optimize theCRM Strategyand allMarketing Activities.
