Senior Developer Relations Manager – Smart Spaces and Local Government

You will drive adoption of NVIDIA AI and computing platforms by engaging ISV ecosystems across EMEA Smart Spaces and Local Government. As a trusted technical and strategic advisor, you’ll enable partners, deliver training, and shape co-innovation with cross-functional teams. You will scale developer programs and highlight real-world impact through NVIDIA technology. This role offers a direct line to influence product roadmaps while expanding the partner ecosystem.

• Build and nurture relationships with ISVs in EMEA Smart Spaces and Local Government to foster synergies
• Lead technical enablement sessions showcasing NVIDIA innovations (strategy, hardware, software)
• Act as trusted advisor with account management, business development and solution architects to accelerate partner scale
• Demonstrate and integrate core NVIDIA stack into developer products and pipelines
• Guide onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs for partners and startups
• Map and monitor the ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and inform roadmaps
• Collaborate with solutions architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive engagement
• Engage with partner engineering and decision-makers to solve technical challenges and promote best practices
• Represent partner feedback to NVIDIA product/engineering to influence roadmaps

• 8+ years in technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships
• 5+ years direct hands-on experience in designated ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces)
• Proven experience leading and scaling developer programs in Public Sector, Local Gov, Smart Cities/SpacesISVs
• Strong technical proficiency in HPC, cloud, AI/ML and related frameworks/libraries
• Hands-on experience building and customizing LLM/Generative AI applications in production-like environments
• Experience with agent harnesses, sandboxed execution, policy enforcement, OpenShell-like environments, or secure runtime builds
• Experience with model customization and post-training techniques (SFT, RL/RLHF/RLAIF, LoRA/PEFT, quantization-aware optimization)
• Excellent interpersonal skills for complex, matrixed environments and diverse audiences
• Experience leading technical collaborations including architectural design, code reviews, and technical talks/workshops
• Ability to structure and manage complex technical engagements across multiple stakeholders
