Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Financial Services

In this role you will drive new SaaS license revenue by building strategic territory plans and identifying opportunities within the Genossenschaftsbanken market. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, align to IT roadmaps, and orchestrate a cross-functional team to close deals. You’ll leverage AI-inspired capabilities to improve processes and decision-making, while maintaining a customer-focused mindset. This is a chance to shape enterprise software adoption in financial services and partner with a wide internal network to deliver value.

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and lead a broad virtual team to execute an account strategy
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and align ServiceNow solutions with their IT roadmap
• Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the appropriate time

• 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience
• Experience in Financial Services, ideally with Genossenschaftsbanken Territory (R+V Banken, Sparda Banken, DZ Bank)
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
• Experience generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-level relationships
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Ability to understand the bigger IT picture and company plans
• Commitment to a customer-success, team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
