Senior Account Executive, Enterprise

As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Fivetran, you will generate and close new enterprise opportunities in Germany, focusing on top accounts. You’ll partner with tech and SI partners and use a direct outbound approach to build a strong pipeline. You’ll manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate deals with internal teams to drive adoption of Fivetran’s data replication platform. This role places you at the intersection of data movement and transformation, enabling customers to unlock reliable data for analytics and AI. You’ll join a collaborative team in a remote-capable setup with a focus on impact and growth.

• Generate new business opportunities with partners and direct outreach in named accounts
• Pitch Fivetran’s data replication and platform value proposition
• Manage 90–180 day enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal, deal desk, and champions
• Develop trusted relationships with senior decision makers to evangelize Fivetran

• 8+ years in new business sales within enterprise organizations
• Proven track record of selling to enterprise accounts
• Territory and account planning experience
• Ability to drive pipeline generation across ecosystems
• Experience selling data-related services and solutions
• Proficiency in inside and outside sales approaches
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities across diverse channels
