Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience applying data science, ML, optimization, or simulation to solve business problems
Strong understanding of modern analytics methods and ability to translate insights into business impact
Knowledge of Operations & Optimization methodologies for supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, or workforce planning
Strong programming skills in Python; experience with optimization tools (Gurobi, OR-Tools, Pyomo) a plus
Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Client-facing experience and collaboration in diverse teams
Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (see required_education)
Excellent oral and written communication in German and English (C1/C2)
