(Senior) Fullstack Engineer (m/w/d)

In this role you own the full development lifecycle for data-driven services that power Thieme’s digital healthcare offerings. You work within a product-focused team to deliver value for doctors, students, nurses, and laypeople, while contributing to operations and continuous improvement. You mentor junior engineers and help shape a true product organization. You will tackle real customer problems with scalable, maintainable solutions, and play a key part in Thieme’s digital transformation.

• Own end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to production and operations
• Collaborate with Product Manager to refine ideas and maximize value
• Mentor junior engineers to support growth and success

• Several years of hands-on fullstack experience with TypeScript and Next.js
• Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable frontend and backend architectures
• Experience with operations topics such as metrics, incident management, and monitoring
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional, product-focused teams
