Senior Manager Partnerships & Distribution (m/f/d)

Join Sky's Commercial Distribution Team to identify and pursue distribution opportunities for the WOW streaming service. You will manage and grow partnerships with major players, negotiate content deals, and coordinate implementations across departments. You’ll lead strategic projects and present analyses to evaluate partner potential and deal performance. This role offers cross-functional collaboration at management level and a chance to shape Sky's content distribution strategy.

• Identify and realize new distribution opportunities for WOW through partnerships
• Manage and develop key partnerships with app and content players (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount)
• Develop, negotiate, and implement content deals to enrich platforms with third‑party content
• Serve as central contact for technical and commercial implementation with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders at C-level and lead strategic projects for new business models or platform cooperations
• Prepare analyses, forecasts, and presentations to evaluate partner potential and deal performance

• Degree in business administration, media management or similar
• Several years of experience in content partnerships, distribution or commercial strategy, ideally in media, tech or telecommunications
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win‑win scenarios
• Analytical strength with a capable, confident management presence and hands-on mentality
• Team player and bridge builder with solution-oriented, forward-looking approach
• Proven Excel and PowerPoint skills; practical experience with APIX
• Very good written and spoken German and English
